What is collected
- Contact form. The name, work email, company, message and timeline you enter. They are used only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement.
- Spam check. Cloudflare Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.
- Visit statistics. Cookie-free, aggregated counts of pages viewed, provided by Cloudflare. No profile of you is built.
- Server logs. Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and sells no data.
Why, and on what basis
Replying to a message you sent, preparing a proposal you asked for and keeping the site secure. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and the legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site, runs the spam check on the contact form and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
- Resend
- Delivers contact-form messages to the InflexDev inbox.
- Zoho
- Hosts the InflexDev email inbox where your message and replies are kept.
- Cal.com
- If you book a call, Cal.com stores the name, email and time you enter, and adds the call to the InflexDev calendar.
These providers may process data in the United States and the EU under their own data protection terms.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client correspondence is kept for as long as business, tax and legal records require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what InflexDev holds about you, or object to its use, by emailing info@inflexdev.com. You will get an answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
