Prototype to production, on the paths where money moves.

InflexDev is a one-person software studio: eleven years of production software, the last five on financial platforms. AI agents write the drafts; I review every change before it merges. Fixed scope, published prices, and you own the code from day one.

Three kinds of work, all of them past the demo.

Anyone can generate an MVP now. The hard part starts when it meets real users, real money and the systems you already run.

  • Graduate a prototype

Your MVP works in a demo. I make it survive real users: authentication, permissions, data model, error handling, deploys and the security review it will eventually face.

A production system you can hand to a security reviewer.

  • Add agents to the stack you run

LLM features and agents wired into your existing services through tools and MCP, with clear lines between what the model decides and what your code enforces. No rewrite.

Agents that call your systems through scoped, logged tools.

  • Harden money and data paths

Payments, ledgers, webhooks and customer data, built so retries never double-charge, events reconcile and every change is traceable.

Idempotent flows, reconciliation and an audit trail.

Intake, build, ship. Three steps, written down.

No discovery phase that never ends and no weekly status theater. Agents compress the drafting; the review and the decisions stay human.

  1. Intake 1 week

The paid review. I read the code, the data paths and the accounts it runs on, then write a brief and a fixed-scope milestone proposal.

    Findings report · Milestone proposal

  2. Build 2–6 weeks

One- to two-week milestones. Agents draft, I review every change before it merges. Each milestone is demoed and paid on its own; changes to scope are agreed in writing.

Demo per milestone · Merged, reviewed code

  3. Ship 1 week

Production cutover and handover. You get the runbook, the architecture notes and a recorded walkthrough, then 30 days of support.

AI systems I have built.

Founder experience from contract work before InflexDev. Client names are withheld. Each one keeps a clear line between what the AI decides and what the code enforces.

  1. B2B services company

Managers ask questions of live business data in plain English.

An analytics assistant that answers from the company’s own data. Any useful answer can be saved as a dashboard that keeps itself up to date.

GuardrailsThe AI chooses which approved query to run. The code limits what it can read, logs every step and stops after five.

  2. B2B services company

Managers check timesheets, time off and staffing from inside their AI assistant.

A connector that gives managers five operational tools inside Claude, so there is no new app to learn and no SQL to write.

GuardrailsThe AI picks the tool. The code fixes the tool list, checks every input and limits what each tool can reach.

  3. B2B services company

The team builds new internal screens by describing them.

An AI builder that writes the screen, previews it safely and publishes a new version only after it passes checks.

GuardrailsThe AI writes the screen. The code validates it, versions every publish and sandboxes the preview.

Prices, before the first call.

Every engagement starts with the review. It is worth doing on its own, and its fee comes off the build if you continue.

Talk it through first

You own everything. Nothing depends on me.

A one-person studio should leave nothing behind that only one person understands. The handover kit is written so another senior engineer can take over without me.

  • The repository lives in your GitHub organization from the first commit
  • Cloud and vendor accounts are opened in your company’s name
  • Architecture notes and a decision log, written as the work happens
  • A runbook for deploys, rollbacks and incidents
  • A recorded walkthrough of the system
  • Credentials rotated at handover; my access removed when you say so

Fintech first.

Five years on financial platforms: claims portals for securities class actions, investor portals and reporting, account-suitability tools. Intake, distributions, ledgers and reconciliation on licensed rails. I never hold or move funds.

Who does the work.

Everton Almeida, founder of InflexDev
The engineer on your project

I’m Everton Almeida. I have spent more than eleven years building production software on .NET, AWS and Azure, the last five on financial platforms, most recently as a tech lead. Today I design and ship AI agents that work inside a company’s own systems.

Every build runs the same way: specifications first, agents for the drafts, my review on every change. There is no account manager and no hand-off to a junior team. You talk to the person who writes the brief and approves the merges.

InflexDev is a Delaware company. I work US business hours, remotely.
